What is your cancellation policy?
If a cancellation is made at least 3 days before the class, we will honor a store credit for the full value of the class, which can be redeemed at any time. If you cancel fewer than 3 days (72 hours) before the class, we will not offer a refund; however, class tickets are completely transferable and you are always welcome to send someone in your place.

When should I expect my tickets/what do I need to bring to get in?
All class reservations are Will Call. Your name will be placed on a list in our registration system, and you will sign in at the register when you arrive for class. You will be given a name tag, which serves as your ticket!
I have a credit for a cancelled class. How do I use it online?
When your purchase is refunded to store credit, you are issued a code number. To apply your store credit online, proceed to the checkout. Once you've entered in your contact information, you will be prompted to choose your form of payment as either Credit Card or Store Credit. Select Store Credit, and enter your code number where it says Purchase Order Number.
What time is class?
Class times vary, so make sure to check the registration page for the start time of your class. Weeknight classes generally start at 6:30 PM. Classes are scheduled to run for 2 hours, though they may go later depending on how much fun you're having!
Where is my class?
We are located at 100 Frost Street, Brooklyn, 11211. Our entrance is on Meeker Avenue, between Frost and Leonard, right under the BQE.
Is there food served in the Knife Skills class?
Your chef instructor will prepare a light meal using the veggies you prepared during class. 
What happens if my class is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or reschedule a class, you will offered a full refund for your purchase.
My class was cancelled and I purchased it with a gift card. Can I receive the balance?
We cannot issue refunds to gift cards, but will issue you a store credit of the same value. It functions in the same way--it can be applied towards classes or merchandise, and it never expires!
The class I want to take is full. Can I get on a wait list?
Absolutely! To put yourself on the wait list, go to our online calendar and click on the class you're hoping to attend. If it's full, you'll be able to enter your email address on the class page and click Subscribe. Should any spots open up, you'll receive an automatic email notification. 
When do you announce your new schedule?
New calendars are posted on the 15th of every month.
Do I have to bring anything with me to class?
Just yourself! Since you will be cooking, we encourage comfortable, closed-toed shoes and tied-back hair.
Can I take home leftovers from class?
Unfortunately, we cannot send you home with leftovers. You're welcome to stuff yourself silly while you're here!
Who teaches your classes?
Our instructors are food professionals from a variety of backgrounds. If you're interested in learning more about the instructor for your class, give us a call!
Can kids take classes?
We make exceptions to allow some younger students to join classes on a case-by-case basis. Please call the store and ask to speak to someone in the education department, who will help advise you.
All of our classes come with a beverage pairing (wine or beer) to be enjoyed with your meal. We do not allow outside beverages in the classroom.
