Time: about one hour 

Product Description


2 lb skinless, boneless fillets of a mild white fish like fluke, black sea bass, snapper, tilefish, or porgy cut into 1/4-inch dice (avoid oily fish like salmon, mackerel, tuna)
2 oranges, zested and segmented
2 grapefruits, segmented
1 ½ cups lemon juice (approximately 6 lemons)
1 cup red onion, julienned
2 tbsp mint, chopped
Coarse sea salt
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1. In a large glass bowl, combine the orange, grapefruit, lemon juice, red onion and mint and season with salt. Add diced fish to the bowl and gently stir to mix evenly. Refrigerate the ceviche for 15-30 minutes (no more than 45 minutes).

2. Stir in the mint, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and serve.

RETURN POLICY: We offer a full refund within 30 days for items that are damaged, faulty or unused. Proof of purchase must be provided when making a return. Please call customer service at 718.389.2982, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

All Class tickets are Will-Call, your name will be placed on a list at the store, and nothing will be mailed to you. If you are thinking of purchasing a class as a gift, we encourage you to consider purchasing a gift card, which can be used towards a class that fits their schedule. Please know that if you purchase a class as a gift for someone else, the cancellation policy below will apply.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICYIf a cancellation is made at least 3 days before the class, we will honor a store credit for the full value of the class, which can be redeemed at any time. If you cancel fewer than 3 days (72 hours) before the class, we will not offer a refund; however, class tickets are completely transferable and you are always welcome to send someone in your place.
