We love this quirky recipe from our Facebook Live with Woman's Day Magazine. Check out the video here! This recipe is great for any bagel lovers out there. We put most of the topping on after the pizza goes into the oven to keep everything tender and moist. The creme fraiche mixture on top of the pizza is amazing and we recommend keep a little for dipping your pizza in.

Everything Bagel Pizza with Caper Creme Fraiche and Salmond
Serves 8

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ¾ cups flour, plus more for your surface
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil, divided, plus more to greasing
About ¾ cup slightly warm water
⅓ cup everything bagel spice
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup creme fraiche
8 oz smoked salmon
¼ cup dill leaves
¼ cup capers, rinsed

1. Combine the yeast, garlic, flour, salt, sugar and pepper in a food processor and pulse until combined.  Add the oil and then water in a slow steady stream with the machine running, until the dough just forms into a ball (you may not need all the water, or you may need a little more). Transfer to a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 2-4 minutes. Transfer to a large oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap; let proof 1 hour until doubled in size.
2. Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat oven to 500 degrees F.  Remove dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth.  Using a bowl scraper, cut the dough into 2 portions and roll each into a ball. Working with one dough ball at a time and leaving the others under the towel, use a rolling pin to roll each ball into a flat circle, about ¼” in height.
3. Drizzle or brush another 1 tbsp of olive oil over each dough and sprinkle each with 3 tbsp of everything bagel spice. Lay red onion pieces over and transfer doughs to oven. Cook, rotating halfway through, until puffed and golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and top with dollops of creme fraiche, slices of smoked salmon, and sprinkles of dill and capers.  Serve immediately.

2 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp dried minced garlic
½ tsp coarse salt

All Class tickets are Will-Call, your name will be placed on a list at the store, and nothing will be mailed to you. If you are thinking of purchasing a class as a gift, we encourage you to consider purchasing a gift card, which can be used towards a class that fits their schedule. Please know that if you purchase a class as a gift for someone else, the cancellation policy below will apply.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICYIf a cancellation is made at least 3 days before the class, we will honor a store credit for the full value of the class, which can be redeemed at any time. If you cancel fewer than 3 days (72 hours) before the class, we will not offer a refund; however, class tickets are completely transferable and you are always welcome to send someone in your place.
