By deboning your turkey you can stuff it and cook much more quickly than on the bone. Plus, it makes carving a cinch.

Product Description


1. Start with a fresh or fully thawed turkey. We recommend drying the turkey to allow for a better grip.

2.Carefully cut along one side of the breast bone and continue down the rib cage. Clear as much meat away from the joints as possible. Use the weight of the bird the further you go down to pull away from the carcass of the 

3. With the palm of your hand apply pressure to the wing joint and the thigh joint to disconnect them from the body.

4. Carefully continue down to the backbone, making sure not to cut the skin along the backbone to keep the turkey in one piece. 

5. Repeat steps 2-4 on the opposite side.

6. Carefully lift the carcass and, using the weight of the meat, use short strokes to remove the carcas completely.

RETURN POLICY: We offer a full refund within 30 days for items that are damaged, faulty or unused. Proof of purchase must be provided when making a return. Please call customer service at 718.389.2982, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

All Class tickets are Will-Call, your name will be placed on a list at the store, and nothing will be mailed to you. If you are thinking of purchasing a class as a gift, we encourage you to consider purchasing a gift card, which can be used towards a class that fits their schedule. Please know that if you purchase a class as a gift for someone else, the cancellation policy below will apply.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICYIf a cancellation is made at least 3 days before the class, we will honor a store credit for the full value of the class, which can be redeemed at any time. If you cancel fewer than 3 days (72 hours) before the class, we will not offer a refund; however, class tickets are completely transferable and you are always welcome to send someone in your place.
